  1. It is a new week! Will you join me in posting what you wore lately?

  1. OUTFIT THAT I GOT BEFORE I RECEIVED NY PROFILE. Colors are not those initially suggested by MSP. but I wear a lot of black and brown. What do you think?

  3. twats, your picture wasn't attached, bummer -- I wish I could have seen it!

I wasn't very imaginative with my clothes the last several days. Often I just use the same "base" clothes and switch up the jewelry, which I have found doesn't photograph well, so I didn't take pix.

This outfit is similar to something that I posted before, but with a yellow tee instead of a white one. My DP took the pix today, it is his birthday and I think he was excited, he got up before I left which is very unusual. I left the one uncropped so that you could see our 10 month old gloden retriever puppy. :-)

  4. A sleeveless button down shirt worn as a vest. My earrings and bracelet are from the same matching set, but is a really really bad of a faux pas? They are farther apart from each other than a necklace and earrings are. They were the only things I had that could pull that orangey-red from the print.

  5. What I wore today. Is the purse too big for my body. I love these purses, have two and asked for a third for my birthday but now I'm afraid the size is too much for my body. I took one picture with my blazer off, I though it showed my actual size better. Is the big purse too big?

  6. Elaine, Your outfit from today was very flattering. I'm not sure what it was that brought it all together but your legs looked longer. Great idea with the vest!

  7. Photo was too big for to attach earlier this week. Still learning how to use my new phone.

  9. I've been away because of the hurricane. We lost power Monday and just got it back. Nice to see new women joining in here! :) bugganat, the purse looks great on you. You are curvy and it is straight, which is what you need and it is bigger and makes you look small, but not too small, I think. twats0324, You look pretty in black and brown, What season are you? Elaine, I love your dog and your house! :) You look so pretty too. Happy B-Day to you DP. My daughter will be 14 tomorrow. I started wearing leggings this year for warmth, but not sure what I think of them.

  10. Helen I like the leggings. They look great on you I want a pair but I'm just not comfortable with the idea of them.

  11. HC, glad you're OK after the storm. Look at you stylin' in your leggings!! I haven't tried leggings yet. Elaine, cute golden and gorgeous home!! Wearing the shirt as a vest looks great!! Bugganat, welcome, SYSter!! Your purse is great. Are you a B or C? Your denim blazer really shows your curves!! Twats, like your sweater. You inspired me to post a brown & black outfit. This was before I purged that shirt because it is too big and not my color. I love brown & black tho!!

  12. Thanks for the comments. Even though I am a winter I find it hard to get rid of my browns/blacks. HC-I am glad to hear that you have power back. A number of my co-workers in NJ are having to deal with lack of power. They are definitely in my prayers.

  13. twats0324, I have done a lot of reading on winter and summer colors and if you are a winter, you are technically the only one who CAN wear black without reserve, and chocolate brown is also a cool color, if you keep to the browns with pink tones and not yellow tones. No wonder you look good in that outfit! You look great in brown and black too, dzylicz.

  14. Happy Saturday! :)

  15. Great length on the skirt Helen.

  16. I wore this dress like a skirt with a sweater over it and a matching scarf. It's a little tight on me, but worked OK.

  17. Love the neckline on the dress when you didn't have the sweater on. I also liked the look itch the sweater. Very pulled together.
