  1. Hi Everyone, I have so enjoyed reading all the questions and comments I have been devouring since joining a couple of weeks ago. I have completed a closet purge, but just couldn't bring myself to get rid of a couple of items. Thus, my question---Can I keep items if they are not on my Winter Seasonal Color ID. For instance, I have a couple of burnt orange tops or sweaters that seem to look good on me (according to others). That is not on my color palette though. I'm just a little confused about picking the colors--neutrals (I was thinking black, grey and navy---but I also want brown. I was thinking that maybe if I buy the ebook that would help explain things a little better. I welcome any and all thoughts. Thanks in advance.

  1. Jonesbuddy, Congrats on your closet purge! I too kept some pieces that were not on my chart. I had my colors done in the 80's and was told navy and chocolate brown were for winters. I kept my navy and brown pants/bottoms and shoes and kept tops in MSP's suggested colors to wear by my face. My pinks and turquoise blend with navy & brown. Gray pants and shoes are on my list of things to shop for.

  2. Thanks so much for taking the time to reply. I like your response!
