What is the difference between a neural top and a basic color top. When reading my profile for suggestions not quite sure. I am a spring. I have started purchasing neutral colors grey,navy so I know what my nuetral colors are. Any helpfor clarity?

Let's say you have a grey suit and a navy suit. These are your basics, and they are your neutral colors. Buy a grey silk shirt, you have a neutral basic shirt to go with them. Get a white buttondown shirt, it is another basic shirt, although not one of "your" two neutrals. Get a pink buttondown, that's not neutral, but it is pretty basic. Get a bright pink and grey floral print blouse, it is not neutral nor basic, it's more of a jazzy piece to wear occasionally. That Hot Lime sundress, neither. Hope this helps.
