I am new to MSP and glad to be here. I am excited for fall and love to wear jackets and coats. My question is this ~ What length should coat sleeves be? where should they 'hit'....the wrist? the middle of the hand? to the beginning of the fingers? I am 5'6 1/2" and have what I consider average length arms. Most of my light coats have ribbing or some have a cuff or band, but my heavy coats have varying lengths and it would be nice to know what is considered appropriate. thanks for your help :)

Welcome to the SYSterhood! One of Leslie's articles says the length should be just past your wrist bone, at the bend. If it comes to the middle of your hand, it is too long.
