Bra fit is this week's topic. Tell me your biggest challenge with bra fit. It is slipping straps, figuring out your best size, or perhaps straps that dig in (ouch), or something else?

Hi, My biggest challenge is finding affordable bras that do the job.

I discovered Wacoal brand a number of years ago and get the same style. The straps cut in closer to the center to avoid the bra strap slippage that was my biggest problem (narrow shoulders) They are pricy but they last a really long time.

Bras can be expensive. Often, you do have to pay more to get better lasting quality and fit. For less expensive you might try the Jockey brand. Another alternative for narrow shoulders and slipping straps is a racer back style. Perhaps Wacoal (I love that brand too) has one?

When it comes to bras, my biggest challenge has been finding one that doesn't enhance my back fat. I'm not overweight but evidently just inherited this trait. Even when I was at my skinniest, right out of high school, the cheap bras I always wore caused those unsightly rolls. However, several years ago I found Shapeez bras through Leslie. I only heard her mention them once, but I checked out the site, bit the bullet and ordered two of the bras. They are crazy expensive, but sometimes run sales. But they really live up to their hype. Now, I wish I had kept all those tops I loved, but had discarded because they enhanced my back fat before I found these bras. They have been a real life-changer.

My problem with bra fittings is that, despite being thin, I get a bulge of fatty skin around the underarm area. I am restricted to buying bras that accommodate for that. I wanted to buy a Wacoal, but they didn't have that option, but the less expensive Warners had a couple.
