Has or does any one use shapewear? Although I wear a 6/8, muffin top and back fat is driving me nuts.

No, I don't. I carry my excess fat in my stomach area (all on the front for some reason). To minimize that, I choose pants with a higher rise and one size bigger, and tops that skim rather than cling. Skirts and dresses are also great options!

yes, I use Shapewear when wearing dresses for a smoother look. I have invested in Spanx in Nude and Black. I get the Higher Power short. (there is a secret opening to go to the restroom without having to take them completely off!) I have had mine for over 4 years and they were worth the investment.
