  1. I am going to see The Nutcracker this weekend. I go every year and can never decide what to wear. I like to keep it dressy/casual but no jeans. I would like to look nice. I thought about leggings and a tunic sweater. I am 44. I wonder if I am too "old" to wear that combination. Any ideas or advice would be great!

  1. Hi jlaustin -- not at all, leggings can be appropriate and sophisticated at any age! I'm in my mid-30s and don't feel comfortable wearing them with a top short enough to show my butt (trendy for the 20-somethings right now). But a loose or semi-fitted top that's mid-thigh or even a little shorter? Absolutely! 2. Yes, leggings and a tunic in festive colors would be wonderful (and warm)! SusieQ
