Unable to process a renewal subscription

Started 11 years ago.
  1. Hi all! I'm hitting a snag in the web form when trying to renew my subscription. My current address is highlighted, but both radio buttons in "use current address" and "use new address" are checked, will not un-check, and I am unable to procede to the next step from this screen. Has anyone else encountered this problem and if so how did you fix?
