A few pounds ago, I had the same dilemma. I never felt that I fit into the C body-type because my shoulders are very broad and square. However, I incorporated some of the tips for slimming hips/thighs into my B wardrobe and found that worked well. I still do that because, even though I'm more balanced now, my hips/thighs are still the parts I'd like to slenderize as much as possible. You can always switch to a C profile for awhile and glean tips from it and then, after awhile, decide if you want to stay with the C or switch back to B.
