I bought the seasonal color analysis and want to download my color chart to take with me. How do I do that?

Do you have a smartphone? If it's a PDF or Doc, I just upload it to my Dropbox account and can pull it up on my phone anytime. A free Dropbox account gives you a lot of storage. If it's a photo, like a JPG or JPEG, I upload it to my phone's photo gallery. Then I don't have to deal with carrying yet another piece of paper around. If you don't have a smartphone, then I suppose you could take a photo of the print-out but I'm not sure if the colors will translate accurately that way.

I am having difficulty about where to find my personal colors. I wish it would be sent to me with a note telling me how to use it. I have not seen my color id...paid 39.95 for my subscription. Am I the only one not seeing my color id? abby

I too have not been able to locate my colors. The word "Fall" is there, but no explanation or colors. I have looked and clicked all over the website to no avail. Help! Mary Ellen
